When users create an account or are invited to a workspace, we may collect:

  • Organization or workspace name

  • Role and permissions within the workspace

  • Authentication-related information

2.2 Customer Content

As part of providing the Services, LimeSync processes content uploaded or submitted by users, including:

  • Videos and audio recordings

  • Documents, files, and images

  • Generated outputs such as SOPs, playbooks, and documentation

  • Metadata associated with uploaded files (e.g., file name, size, timestamps)

Customer Content is processed solely to provide the Services and remains under the control of the customer.

2.3 Usage and Technical Information

We may collect limited technical and usage data, including:

  • Log data (e.g., access times, error logs)

  • Device and browser information

  • Usage patterns and feature interactions

  • IP address (used for security and abuse prevention)

2.4 Support Communications

If you contact us for support or feedback, we may collect:

  • Support requests and correspondence

  • Information voluntarily provided to resolve issues


  1. How We Use Information

We use information collected for the following purposes:

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Services

  • To process uploaded content and generate requested outputs

We do not use customer content to train public AI models.


  1. AI Processing and Subprocessors


LimeSync uses third-party service providers (“subprocessors”) to support certain functionality, including transcription and AI-based content generation.

These subprocessors:

  • Process data only on LimeSync’s instructions

  • Are used solely to deliver the Services

  • Are subject to contractual safeguards

  • Do not use customer data to train public models

A high-level overview of subprocessors may be provided upon request or documented separately for enterprise customers.


  1. Data Retention and Deletion


We retain personal data and customer content only for as long as necessary to provide the Services or as required by law.

  • Customer content is retained while the account or workspace remains active

  • Users may delete content within the platform

  • Temporary processing data is deleted once processing is complete

  • Backup data is retained for limited periods for security and recovery purposes

Additional retention requirements may be addressed in enterprise agreements.


  1. Data Sharing and Disclosure


We do not sell personal data.

We may share information:

  • With authorized subprocessors providing services on our behalf

  • Where required by law or legal process

  • To protect the security or integrity of the Services

  • With customer authorization

All disclosures are limited to what is necessary for the stated purpose.

LimeSync and its subprocessors may process data in countries other than where the user is located. Where applicable, we rely on appropriate safeguards to protect personal data in accordance with applicable laws.

We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. These include encryption, access controls, and secure infrastructure practices.
